Exquisite texture, interesting formula and beautiful container
KOY is a relatively new brand, and the company is supposedly run by Korean female actress and icon of dewy skin Ko-Hyun Jung. She is mid 40 (or 50 I really don't remember) but still comes out to screen with everlasting beautiful skin. So probably, I could have skin like hers? AND I can order this from Amazon? I was like "why not."Ingredients:It used macadamia integrifolia oil as second ingredient. This oil is interesting because it's rare non-evaporating type oil and with its high phytosterol contents, induces healing & hydration. After few solvents and texture enhancers, betaine, panthenol, niacinamide follows. Overall, it's clean but it can be heavy for oily skinned people. If you have dry skin, definitely holy grail but if you are prone to acne or sebum problem, then probably this serum is not for you.Texture:It has very interesting texture - the blend of oil, gel and cream. To be honest - even if they name it as ampoule - I don't think you need additional moisturizer after this even if you have dry skin. Of course, you can add another cream but texture itself is rich and leaves skin very dewy (or oily for some audiences) so I believe you can use this even for the dewy makeup base. I love it since I have very dry skin.Effectiveness:Due to its blanket like texture, it hydrates skin extremely well and also calms down irritation overnight. If you have retinol related irritation, try this serum then it will heal you on the next day (it worked very well for me.)Overall Thought:It's slightly expensive but amazing serum to add if you have dry skin. You can use this as makeup base and no need additional moisturizer. It leaves skin hydrated for entire day (or maybe even longer, and calms down irritation amazingly well. Highly recommended!!

Oily White Cream Moisturizer in a Small Pump Glass Like Bottle; Feint Fragrance;
This made in Korea beauty product, to me, is more of an oily like white cream that does moisturize. However, it left my skin “glowing” – which, to me, is another word for shiny. The cream is milk white, like toothpaste, however, is not thick like toothpaste, rather this is very light and more liquid than a solid cream. It pumped easily from its little heavy bottle – with its contents, weighing just over 6¾ ounces. This seemed to absorb quickly into the top layer of my skin, however, an hour later, I still felt a tacky resistance and that shine was still there, which I did not care for. Now, my understanding is that this is to penetrate to moisturize, however, I just did not observe results that would corroborate that. I see the external skin shiny, but a little bit of crepe dry skin was still there, underneath, rather than immediately going deep to moisturize. So, for me, the results were not night and day impressive.About that shininess, after water, which is the first ingredient, the second ingredient of this is Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, obtained from the Macadamia nut, which is famous in Hawaii. Oil is a moisturizer; however, my skin does not do well with oil.I did feel a cool sensation after putting this on, as if it was working.TextureIt’s a white cream. Application feels very light, slippery, smooth, and oily.ScentThere is no accounting for taste or scent. What smells good to person A may not for Person B. Does the cream have a scent? Real or imagined, I caught a very feint aroma, reminded me of a floral and a lemony citrus scent.What do I think?I thought this to be a good moisturizer. However, feint traces of deep crepe like skin was not visibly eliminated.Absorbency?I thought this absorbed immediately, however, it did create a “glowing” shine.Date made?There was no obvious date when this was made.Expiration?October 2025. I received this during October 2023.Country of origin?Made in [South] KoreaBased on the totality.I am good with this but did not see earth shattering immediate results – and I have on other moisturizing products. So, I do not think this perfect for my skin type.Value?The price is on the premium side versus a very famous brand that I use, and the amount given here is not very generous, at just about 1½ fluid ounces.CriticismThe very sturdy box this arrived in had nearly all its words in the Korean alphabet.Consider consulting a health care professional prior to use of any over the counter products.I hope my thoughts added information.

Natural, clean and hydrating ampoule treatment!
I really like this Korean ampoule lotion! It's very fresh smelling and it's highly concentrated so you don't need to use a lot of the product on your face - a little pump goes a very long way, even on dry skin! The lotion absorbs very well into skin and I found that it is best applied with a jade roller or gua sha after double cleansing and toning to ensure that your skin is fully absorbing and benefiting from the product, and it leaves my face feeling very hydrated and soft throughout the entire day. It also works very well when worn under makeup, and it does not feel too heavy or oily on the face which helps to keep the pores clean and unclogged. My favorite feature of this ampoule is that it's 100% natural, it's cruelty-free and it is free of parabens, so you know you exactly what you are putting onto (and into) your skin. You receive a good amount of lotion in the bottle which will last a good while since the product is highly concentrated (note: the shelf life for this product is 12 months), and the pump on the bottle works very smoothly to dispense the perfect amount of product. The price point is absolutely aligned to the good quality, and I will definitely be trying other products from this seller in the future!

Creamy, but oily
Creamy and smooth, but it takes awhile to dry. Doesn't leave you sticky, but does leave you slightly oily until dry. Smell is not for me, but also not bad or overwhelming.

Nice product
This is a nice serum product. Seems to do a good job with moisturizing. Hard to get out of the bottle, though. Not sure if the dropper isn't long enough, or the square bottle, but it takes 3 or 4 dips to get enough. Scent is along the lines of warm baby powder.
