AKT Deodorant Balm, SC.01 Orange Grove, 50mL/1.76 Fl Oz, All Genders

The only deodorant that has ever worked! There is a learning curve, but if you keep it sealed well, and get a cheap metal "hair color" tube key to twist it up, it's fantastic. It's doesn't irritate skin, not greasy, doesn't ruin clothes although you might get white streaks which I'm willing to take for something that works so well! In over 40 years I haven't found anything besides MegaBabe Geo Deo that works for me, and Akt is superior. Both of them need to be rubbed in with hands btw. After thunder is a nice more masculine scent although I use it just fine. Halcion Summers smells really good, yummy and earthy. Definitely tomato vine! Appropriate for any gender. Orange Grove is my favorite though as it's really nice, not super sweet at all, and light enough to not interfere with perfumes I may wear. It also just works best for my skin chemistry. I haven't tried the other scents but I definitely will!

It’s the best! When I was pregnant anything I applied to my skin would irritate my skin. A friend told me about AKT and I decided to try it. It smells amazing and it works so well all day. Specially as a new mom I feel like my hormones and body is going crazy and nothing was working on my underarms but akt works great. No skin irritation, super fresh and it lasts a long time.

I’m giving this 4 stars because while I think it works well and looks elite, it is very difficult to get the full product you paid for out as you get closer to the end. The material of the vessel is just not great - it’s easy to puncture and even with the metal tool to help push product out, you can’t easily/cleanly get it all out.

Best deodorant I've used. I have sensitive skin--this doesn't bother me at all and it works great all day. I've been using it for years!

At this point I think I have tried about 17 different types of aluminum free deodorants and I had really high expectations for this one. I’ll star with the positives, the smell is absolutely divine! The best smelling deodorant that I have ever tried I got the mandarin scent and absolutely in love with it I also really like the consistency of the product. It’s very creamy and easy to apply. It doesn’t feel thick or goopy dry down relatively fast and I noticed a minimal transfer to my clothing another thing that I loved about it is it did not make my underarms turn darker. That is an issue that I have with a lot of natural deodorant that after using them for a while, I noticed that my under arms are visibly darker. This did not do that, unfortunately, it didn’t perform well enough for me to justify the price point. I definitely had to reapply it throughout the day. It did a decent job of keeping body odor at bay if I had a day where I just stayed indoors and did nothing, but if I had to go out, get into my hot car or work out, I definitely needed to reapply it. I’ve had it for about two months now and I’m at the end of the tube so it doesn’t last very long. Packaging was not great after daily use It seems that the tube ripped and now whenever I go to pull the product out, it comes out of the side.

How do I tell the world how great this stuff is? It’s a miracle. I never stink. Even after 24 hours of work day and life. No chafing. Tunbe lasts forever. My spouse said “I’m not using a $35 deodorant” I said, but it’s a miracle and it’s going to take awhile to get through. You pay $35 on something for your face. Then he started using it. And started buying his own. He likes grey I like orange. But the grey is a great woodsy scent which are the notes of my parfum. The orange is not as citrusy as you think but great. The purple was too flowery for us. I hope they eventually do more scents! And I truly hope they change the industry. I can’t imagine the conglomerate behind the scenes nightmare of competing with store bought deodorant brands around for a million years. Also the dudes that founded it are London West End performers, that also look great shirtless. Which is how I even founded this - viral social media video.

This stuff works! Goes on smooth. Dries instantly. Doesn’t irritate sensitive skin. Keeps you dry (for normal everyday perspiration). No overwhelming scent and no underarm odor after more than 24 hours. I use about two pea sized amounts (recommended is one, but that isn’t quite enough for me). I’ve tried all scents (got the sampler) and my favorite is a mixture of numbers 1 and 4. Highly recommend this product. I’ve tried all the full body deodorants, and this is the best for me.

No one wants to think about their deodorant. You want to trust it, put it on, and get on with things. AKT adds at least 2 extra steps cuz you have to squeeze out the cream and smear it on, then wash your hands. We gave it a try hoping the trade off smearing on with fingers would pay off for the quality of the product, but the scent was overpowering. It gave both me and my spouse a headache from the intensity and outcompeted any perfume. I’d considered waiting for the unscented version, but the tube leaked when it was on its side. We stood it up in the medicine cabinet and it still leeched out oils from the cap and seal and oil migrated all over. The hole for squeezing product out is tiny. You have to squeeze super hard. The company boasts eco-friendly packaging, but glass is eco-friendly, easier to recycle and far more human friendly. Annoying enough to use at home, how could you travel with this mess? Tube key and brass scraping tool? Is anyone really going to be that precious about putting on deodorant? The product separating and leaking all over the tube was a deal breaker, but there are so many other disadvantages to this product that I can’t stress enough how hard this product misses the point. Gritty, oily, leaky, and high maintenance.

Would highly recommend this product. After using sprays and roll on deodorant for years they didn’t always work that effectively. My daughter introduced me to this deodorant and I’ve never looked back. Very effective even at the end of a workout, a long day travelling or some on a hot day. The variety of scents are subtle and fresh smelling. They cause absolutely no skin irritation and l have sensitive skin. The tube itself is strong and sturdy. I would recommend a tube squeezer for ease of use and get the most out of this product. It causes no stains at all on clothing and so easy to apply. I love the fresh feeling at the end of a day. Although it’s more expensive than most deodorants on the market it’s worth it as it’s highly effective. When you do sweat a lot, your armpits can feel a little bit damp but there is no sweat smell at all.

I have had a lot of issues with deodorant either staining clothing or not working well throughout my day, this stuff is great! Smells amazing, it’s lightweight, and keeps things smelling fresh all day. I will be buying again.

I wish more people knew about this stuff, I got recommended it by someone at work and after taking a risk on it as it was quite pricey I’ve been blown away by how effective it is and how long it’s lasted! Can’t remember exactly how long they say a tube lasts but this one has been going strong with daily use for around 10 months now. I’ve got sensitive skin and it causes no issues at all, leaves no residue or stains on clothes and stops me smelling all day! Definitely don’t be put off by the initial cost as it’s definitely worth it!

It is the best natural deodorant I’ve tried so far but still isn’t quite as good as a regular one and VERY expensive so won’t be buying again. It does leave marks on clothing but they come off easily. Texture and smell are nice. The key to wind tube should be free imo and the tube is quite tough to squeeze without.
