Ok so I’m approaching perimenopause and what’s said about the woman’s body is so true. Dryness is something i always said that i never want to experience and honestly I never thought i would due to how my body used to be. i decided to start taking this vitamin after seeing it on the internet for so long. i never thought i would need it but unfortunately my birth control and ssri has caused some dryness, so i decided to give this a shot. let me tell you guys. i don’t really believe stuff on the internet often because i feel like everything is always so exaggerated and ends up being placebo, but this? after three days there’s a very noticeable difference. it’s only been three days since i’ve started taking it but it’s already working so well! the pills aren’t too big. just make sure you’re staying hydrated ladies! i was struggling during intimacy recently due to the sudden dryness but with this ive like, transformed into an absolute slip and slide! it was amazing! i totally recommend, but just remember everything works differently based on what you do, how you take it, etc!

I had cramping from taking these pills. I don't know if my body was trying to get use to it or what. I took it for 2 more days and the same thing happened. I stopped taking it, and the cramping went away. I had no difference, maybe this would work better for someone else...

It is a good product. I used to take 2 capsules daily for one and a half container. Then I reduced to one capsule per day and my dryness issues and burning sensation are no more bothering me. I recommend it
