Update:Sent a email to customer service. I figured out the issue myself, but customer service responded within 24 hours. I was having an issue getting the batteries to in. I was using rechargeable, but they did not fit. Regular worked perfectly. I have 29" rims so I had to zip tie the wire. I guess some where too tight and I had to loosen or some colors would not work. It has alot of cool extra features. Only problem I am running into is I can't use music mode unless I have music downloaded onto my Samsung music app.The battery case is had to get out and will nit fit once the batteries are in.

She loved it, however, it was hard to fit the battery pack in between the spokes. (9yo's bike) And the little holders for the wire to the spokes hurt my fingers. It works and is awesome, but one less star because the assembly was a pain.

The zip tie was too small for the rear tire which has the brake on it and is therefore a larger hub than a “typical” hub. There was also not a way to use your own zip tie in this case. The battery pack was also too large to fit inside the front tire.

The lights work great. The zip ties were garbage though. I cut them off and used two zip ties criss cross across the top and around the hub. Secures them good.

The piece that comes with it to hold the wires in places won't stay on the spokes. Had to improvise

I wanted to love this... the app is cool, the lights are really bright at the brightest setting... but it's garbage. I've been tricking my bike out for years with lights, speakers, etc. I thought I'd found a cool new product when I saw these, but my 10 dollar toddler spoke light disks are much better.1. The zip ties are garbage. They're releasable, which you think is cool, but releasable zip ties have so much slip. You have to constantly tighten them. Also, getting them tightened down to be snug on your spoke is impossible. I've ziptied more things to my bike than acorns in an oak tree and this tie just. Won't. Tighten. Flat. And the real insult is that it's incredibly difficult to use your own- its basically designed so you have to use theirs. The ties are attached and there isn't a convenient hole to attach your own through. It's like they're trying to sabotage you.2. Since you have to do the goofy twist off end for the battery cap, putting in new batteries means halfway having to uninstall the lights to pull the battery housing out. It's a pain.Basically, this was made by some tech nerd who has never once been on or decorated a bike. Huge swing and a miss.

The program of the aplication does not support music from the aplication that i use dub music player that i download from play store so i can select music by the category of music store on my player [ dub music player ] also does not have a microphone that can listen music from u -tube or from radio stations local or international .So the aplication its useless .Also the only batterys that can fit inside are the energizer i try with other marks and are bigger size ,even that i use energizer i need strewdriver to take the box of the 3 batterys outiside .They need to upgrade the aplication so can do all what i wrote and to make a bigger box so i can add any mark of batterys so its easy to remove from inside and to add inside .

Was very excited to receive the box finally for all of us to have lights on our bikesunfortunately I was let down because I received an empty box only I need to know who to contact
