Mine didn't come vacuum sealed, so I'm assuming I got a set that someone had returned. They are nice aesthetically speaking. They are made of a nice leather material that seems to be durable. But... the leather that they wrap it with is so thick that it makes the pillow really firm. I was expecting it to be a little softer and maybe form to your neck, something you could slightly sink into. That doesn't mean it's a bad buy though, especially if you like the pillow to be more on the firm side. I bought this after driving 5 hours and getting neck pain from the drive. I have a cadillac ct5 v and although the seats are comfortable, the head rest leans forward so far that there's a huge gap where the neck is. The pillow definitely fills that space which is awesome. I was worried it would be too small but it ended up fitting nicely. The pillow has two straps that are attached to it and they are adjustable, it also comes with two additional straps that can be used to help secure the pillow even more if needed. Even though the pillow isn't very comfortable to my standards, after driving 5 hours home, I didn't have any neck or shoulder pain. So the pillow does work. It definitely takes a lot of trial and error to find that right spot that works for you, so definitely don't have the expectation that right out of the package it will work for you right away. I almost returned the product because it wasn't perfect immediately, but I'm glad I didn't. The only thing I regretted was buying two. Because both passengers who used the pillow immediately didn't have the patience for the pillow and requested to remove it. The only perk to having the second one is because it looks a little weird with only one installed, so be prepared to remove it for your passengers who dont regularly ride in your car. Speaking of installation it was pretty simple and straightforward to attach to the headrest, but again it takes a lot of adjusting to get used to it, including adjusting how you would normally have your seat positioned. I've found that as a driver it's best to lean your seat forward alot and to not use lumbar support on your seats when using the neck pillow. As a passenger lean the seat back further than you normally would and use the lumbar support if your seats have that option. Driving around town it's not very practical because it takes awhile to get used to the firmness of the pillow, but it definitely helps for longer trips. A part of me wants to knock a star off for the fact it's not very comfortable, but I'm not because it worked, prevented the neck pain, plus it looks really nice and it's made of good quality durable materials and it's still reasonably priced. Oh and lastly, I live in desert weather, the pillow never felt hot, even when parking my car directly in the sun for extended periods of time or even when on a long drive, so that's another thumbs up for me.

I’ve used this pillow quite a few times and it had made gaming reasonably comfier. The quality of the pillow is notable and I’d recommend it to anyone who is missing a neck pillow for their gaming chair, it may not reach to the highest part of your chair that you may like, it may reach, either way I’d recommend it.

This is perfect for me. I am 5ft 2 it has been a game changer for long distance driving! I have a 2025 Toyota Tacoma sport and this pillow fits great. Before buying this there’s a major gap between my neck and the car truck seat. This has eliminated the gap and now my neck no longer has pain in it from driving 5 hours. I would recommend this. I bought 2 of them I use one and my friend uses the other in her heavy duty pick up!

This is a nice pillow, however I was disappointed it would not fit my chairs. The problem is there is elastic on the back (see picture) that is designed to attach it to the chair, but its too short/small and only has VERY limited adjustment range. I suspect if you have a headrest on your chair, and the chair padding is not too thick this might attach, but my chairs do not have a headrest, the shoulder portion is the same width and thickness as the part you rest your head on (see picture). The only way I can use these pillows is to simply use them as a throw pillow, that is to say place them behind my head each time I want to use them. Not a terrible thing, but they need to consider making the attachment strap accommodate more chair configurations. They are "memory foam" so they are fairly comfortable. Not to thick as to cause discomfort (for me anyway). They are a nice thickness for simply neck and or head support. The smallest couch type throw pillows I could find in the stores were way to large and thick for simply head/neck support on a chair. I will be keeping these, but if I had the need to purchase more I would be looking for the same type pillow, only with a larger attachment design that would better fit my type of chairs.

these are lovely, the memory foam is soft but not too firm! The Goldilocks of headrest pillows! . So many comments from passengers about how great they feel. Makes them want to take a nap in my car. And the neck support is also perfect for the driver. just lean back and drive. Just bought another set for my husband- It’s all he wanted for his birthday !

Fits my 2021 Model Y very well. Quality product with good finishings. The 2 straps on the back keep it in place really well, and there is even a couple really small straps to keep those 2 straps in place. Stitching seems good. I find it very comfortable and sits in a good spot on the head rest to perfectly support the neck. Product is scent free. I haven't had really hot weather since I got it, but it seems breathable as well. I would recommend this product as a solid option for a neck rest for inside of a vehicle. I haven't experienced a better neck rest than this one. The 2 straps on the back may not be long enough to work on an office chair or other similar chair, but seem like they'd work well with most vehicles. I got ordered the 2 neck supports and my passengers have liked it as well. I haven't tried a neck rest that is as good as this at this price point. If you're on the fence, I'd go for it. I would buy again.
