Ringside Leather Boxing Double End Bag

Love this double end bag from Ringside! Purchased this to mount in the garage using an eye hook lag bolt into the ceiling, and a weighted heavy bag anchor bag for the floor.I’ve been using this bag daily for several months now, and the bladder is still perfectly intact and hasn’t deflated or popped since. I typically like to keep the bag less than fully deflated so that it takes on more of a tear drop shape - plus it keeps it from being too “bouncy” when striking it.The outer material has held up very well too! The leather isn’t cracking or fading, and the none of the stitching is coming apart. The model I have says made in Pakistan. The quality of this bag is excellent.The rubber straps it comes with are okay, but I’d suggest using thin rope or another type of bungee - attached to a swivel at each end to allow the bag to spin freely when moving.Overall, this is a great value double end bag from a reputable boxing equipment company. This is by far my favorite boxing tool for working on punch rhythm & fluidity and hand- eye coordination.

This bag has withstood serious abuse and shows no real wear. Air pressure is excellent. After a refill and frequent use over a month, there is only slight pressure loss.As I learned the bag and progressed to heavy power shots, the bungees rapidly lost their initial tension. Anchored approx. 8'6" from floor to ceiling, the bag speed is now at about 108 bpm. This slower tempo is just as fun, useful, and challenging for me.I believe the 7" bag would be the best size for novices and intermediates. Large enough to learn on, small enough to really grow into, and it feels properly proportioned for a gloved hand.If you glance the bag on the outside with a wide/heavy punch, the bungee can sling into your arm and break blood vessels, leaving pretty nasty looking marks on the skin. Not bruises or burns, but like long hickeys. The pain is minimal in comparison to how the marks appear. They are non-serious.This bag is excellent for exercise and training. I would highly recommend it along with a good pair of boxing gloves.

excellent quality, symmetrical when inflated. the only thing I don't like is that the bungie cords doesn't have multiple holes in them to make adjusting the position of the bag easier. It has a nice leather exterior and seems like it will hold up well.

Easy to use, the premium material will last longer than others. Fun for kids and adults and awesome value for the price

If you’re looking for a product that helps build your timing, head movement, precision, and overall boxing ability, look no further than this double end bag. In my opinion double end bags are better than Heavy bags because the double end bag is actually fighting back like a real opponent. Not to mention the cost and size. You can put a double end bag anywhere as long as u have a ceiling and a mount. Basketball rims can work too. The materials are straight up amazing. If you want to save money this ringside double end bag is amazing. The only product that is better than this is the Cleto Reyes double end bag. Which is $35 more but still worth it.

Inside balloon is inflating already? This should last way longer even in a full house daily gym . Please send me a better product

This is my first double end bag. I love it. It was easy to inflate the bladder. The bag comes with two solid, strong bungee cords with hooks. I use the long one at the bottom, but I use a rope at the top to give me the height I want for the bag.I have been hitting it now twice per week for about 15 - 20 minutes per for the past year. I find a need to add a little bit of air in it maybe every 2 months or so. The Bladder is still good.I wrapped a little gorilla tape around the edges of the metal bungee cord hooks, otherwise they can scrape your skin pretty good.Sometimes I use a less stiff bungee cord at the bottom to make the bag travel further and be less predictable when punching. This bag jas been tremendous in really helping me to develop boxing skills that I would have never learned from just hitting a heavy bag.

Gorgeous bag decent quality I would buy again.
