This stuff is fantastic! I used it on my yellow, brassy hair after bleaching with 12 volume developer/wella blondor - I already have dark blonde/light brown roots and the rest of my hair was box dyed mid-blonde so I didn't have a massive way to go so I didn't need to use 20% developer as some people are doing (and ruining their hair with in some instances) - this is the first time I ever bleached so I was nervous. Turned out FANTASTIC. like Dany out of GOT. And this totally neutralised all yellow tones.Some of the people reviewing - honestly, no, of course if you put this on your dirty blonde hair it isn't going to turn it white.It only works on bleached already very light hair.

For getting greyish blonde hair or just getting rid of that custardy look blonde after bleaching ..this is the best stuff ever .we used it in our salon and it never failed to give us natural tone blonde and highlighted hair hair .you wash hair as normal and then just before you would normally condition you apply this to your damp hair leave for as long as desired .massage then .rinse .its great stuff my daughter uses it all the time

My hair is white and I hate it colour fresh is great,a lovely colour and so easy to use.

Used for the first time today. Needed 1/3 of a bottle to cover my shoulder length hair. Easy to apply, left hair in lovely condition with good shine. I don’t think my hair was pale enough to begin with for this to give the desired result. My hairdresser lightened my hair for me in March and used a similar ashy toner to give me an ashy/dirty blonde (rather than a golden blonde that resulted after bleaching). I hoped this would restore the grey/ash tint from that salon visit but it hasn’t really made a difference to the overall tone of my hair. Perhaps I need to do another bleaching to lift my hair and then tone it again...If you have very fair blonde hair I’m sure the result would be more pronounced and noticeable. I think my lack of result is due to not having light enough hair to begin with.

Fabulous product. Leaves my colour looking fresh and fabulous condition.

Excellent product, easy to use, great for in between full colour treatments to keep ash blonde less brassy.

This toner did not do anything to neutralise the brassy yellow from my hair post bleaching :-( I've used this brand before with success, so don't know what happened with this one???

Did not remove the yellow tone
