KAVU Mini Keeper

I love this bag. I'm not fond of large purses and this one is small enough with plenty of room. I carry a wallet, smart phone, chapstick, lipstick, lipgloss, and small powder compact in it. There is still extra room for keys and sunglasses. Oh and there is even room for my kindle paperwhite when I need to bring that. I do have one complaint though, and that's the Velcro. I hate Velcro on a purse! I don't think anyone likes having the sound of Velcro rip through a room when you're trying to discreetly take something out of your purse. This is not an cheap bag and is very well made so I'm not sure why they couldn't just use a magnet on the two side pockets. Nothing at all would have been preferable to Velcro. If not for that I would have given it five stars.

This was the perfect size for my 13 year old daughter to carry ONLY what she needed. She previously had a KAVU sling bag and stopped carrying it because she stuffed too much in it. Shortly thereafter, she lost her wallet while out of town on a church trip because she was carrying it in her boot. Stuck in Ohio with no cash and no debit card! Thank goodness for youth leaders or it would have been a very long and hungry week.This bag holds her cell phone, charger, wallet, tissues, "feminine" products, and a couple of extras. If she takes everything but the wallet and "feminine" stuff out, her iPad Mini just fits in the main compartment but won't latch closed. She wears it all day long every day. She even forgets to take it off when she gets home sometimes and I notice her wearing it on the couch while watching TV.

Overall a very high quality purse. The one downside is that it has only one snap at the top to secure the main compartment - no zippers. If it falls down or flips over my lipstick/pen etc. falls out. If I would have known it had no zipper I would not have purchased, but I'm still happy with it overall. Just the right size for me - holds my 2 cell phones, mini-wallet, a few keys, and lipstick (but not much else). I've had many complements on the pattern, and it's a very durable, almost jean-like fabric.

I like this purse, it's very well made, good quality materials. I got it because I will be taking a trip to nyc soon and I wanted a small cross body purse to keep just a few things in. It is very small, which is fine. The only thing I would change is to make the strap a few inches longer. I wish it would hang down around my hip, but it's not long enough to reach it. Other than that it's great. Pretty colors.

After a shoulder injury I had to go to a lighter weight bag and this fits the bill very well. Could use another pocket, but very good to use, and much easier to carry on my shoulder.

I love this because my nine year old grandaughter loved it. I had it sent to her for her birthday, sight unseen. If a nine year old puts her stamp of approval on it, I can only imagine that it is good. If someone sent it to me I think I'd like it, too. Sorry, I can't give you any specifics.

I am a loyal Kavu customer and have been for years. I just can't find a better purse. Even though it's tiny, it's got just enough room and compartments to store everything I need and keep it organized. The key clip is a life saver! Love the bright print. Bought a matching wallet to go with it.
