Had an issue with a bad piece of wood and customer service rep Stephanie corrected the action very promptly. Appreciate the promptness and resolution.

There is not enough support on the slats. It curves down and needs additional support. Also, it wasn’t painted correctly. There was one coat of pain with some paint spots missing. Other than that, bed is good. My grand daughter likes it.

I ordered this bed for my daughter who wanted a desk, and overall the product is really sturdy, looks great, the railing is really good for safety considering the bed sits really high, and she absolutely loved it. My only complaint is that it arrived with two damaged spots, both of which are on the front of bed, and desk, so it's noticeable. It sucks paying over $200 for a product between product price and shipping price, and it shows up damaged no matter how small. If I buy new, I want it to look new too.

This bed went together well, is sturdy & durable, we love the bookcases underneath too! Perfect bed for a smaller space, you can do so much with the floor space underneath.Bed arrived in two deliveries and on time, easy to follow directions . However, the smell is overpowering! We had the window open the entire time we were putting the bed together, thank goodness the weather was nice. I’m going to keep the windows open for the next couple days and see if the smell removes itself. If not, I will contact customer service to see if there’s anything that we need to do. 4 stars due to odor😊

This was the best bed I have ordered. It came fast as far as delivery. I thought I was missing pieces I contacted the seller and the communication was fast and they let me know I should be getting two different packages. The next day my other package came and I was able to finish it. My baby was sooooo happy when she saw her bed. It gives the room a lot of space and u see her bed we are still working on but it’s going to be her gaming area and her homework area.
