AKCISOT 8 Inch Wall Clock, Silent Battery Operated Analog Clock, Black

AS I've gotten older, I got tired of my old kitchen clock. It was definitely more decorate than this clock, but I had a hard time reading it sometimes So I got this clock. It reminded me of the clocks we had in school as kids. Simple, plain & easy to ready. We've had it for six months now & I love it. I can see it, read it, it's easy to set & the batteries last forever. Buy it.

This clock fit my needs perfectly. Large, clean face, super easy to read at a glance, ( as in, the minute hand is significantly longer than the hour hand, so no having to squint at it & try to decide if it says 9:00 or a quarter to 12....lol:) I ordered this to replace a clock in my garage, so very often, I'm looking at it from a distance; it's mounted on the back wall against the house, and I may be on the driveway. I looked at MANY clocks that I liked the look of, that did not fit the bill. This clock keeps perfect time, & the frosting on the cake: NO ANNOYING TICKING SOUND!! The second hand does not move in "jumps", but in a completely smooth motion, and is 100% silent. I have other clocks that drive me crazy late at night when house is relatively quiet, and I can still hear the "tick, tick, tick" noise. (think "The Telltale Heart"......haha). BTW, this clock comes very well packaged/protected. Super pleased with this purchase, will probably replace my other ticking wall clocks, (i.e in my office) with these as well. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for quiet, no ticking sound, then you found it, and the print is bold enough to see from a distance.

I did not give this a five because it is the smallest wall clock I have ever seen, of course you get what you pay for and it was only $9.99, the picture on Amazon looks a lot bigger. Oh well, it works and that is all that matters. The wall clock is bright, no noise, it is plastic but to me it looks good. It requires a AA battery. Overall, I am satisfied.

Love the size, easy to read, easy to set time. Bought for the bathroom so I dont lost track of time, this is perfect.

Included instructions are simple. 10 inch is perfect size. Runs fine on one rechargeable AA. Don’t put positive side of battery in first. Wife loves the second hand. She uses it in exercise room.
