I got tangled in my laptop charger cord and snatched it out of my laptop and damaged it bad enough to stop it from charging my laptop. This was at 1AM. I needed a new charger before 2PM, no ifs, ands, or buts. It had to be a Dell OEM charger. I've been in IT asset management for several years and most of those aftermarket chargers are hit or miss with higher end and corporate class models. The charger was at my door at 1230PM. Amazon was a life saver, and at and excellent price.

Good charger, but STIFF cord
The cord that plugs into the wall is REALLY stiff and impossible to neatly coil it up with the inclusive hook and loop cable tie. I'm going to change it for a more flexible version at some point, but other than that, it works great.
