Get the striker is right position
The media could not be loaded. It works well even though my metal door and cut hole was bang up . It was easy to adjust the bar parts to adjust

Better and cheaper than door companies
Door companies wanted crazy amount to fix old bars so I replaced them with this forfar cheaper than their repair price.

It’s a good budget product. I wouldn’t put this on a door that you absolutely need locked up. I had to add a wood shim under the strike plate, because it pulled right open, even when it was locked.

Worked
The package was treated rough. I cannot say definitively but it appeared the package was thrown at the porch and missed tearing a hole in the package luckily there was no damage to the item. Just for the sake of being fair the damage to the package could have happened before the driver delivered it not him throwing it. If he was innocent,good. If not please be more careful with delivery. this particular lock was needed to secure a door with a broken lock having to wait on a replacement would not have been good.
