I had a persistent knot in my shoulder for a month straight. Not a moment of relief. I bought this on a whim. You have to know how to use it, and if needed use it in unorthodox ways sometimes. However after only like 5 sessions using this in ways that really hurt while still being careful to not cause further injury the knot vanished. A persistent month long pain. Solved in days by this simple roller. If you have neck, back, shoulder, or hip issues this may be a godsend.

I purchased this foam roller specifically to keep at our cabin so I didn’t have to keep transporting my original back and forth every weekend, and it has worked out perfectly.It’s lightweight and easy to move around, but still very firm and supportive for stretching, muscle recovery, Pilates, and working out sore areas after long days. The high-density foam holds its shape well and doesn’t feel flimsy or like it will flatten out quickly.The 18-inch size is great for storage and travel while still being large enough to comfortably use for legs, back, and overall recovery work. Simple product, but it works exactly as expected and has held up really well with regular use.Great value for the price and definitely one of those wellness items that ends up getting used constantly.

Too broad

foam rollers are expensive. This one is not. It 100% does the job. Love it
