This program worked seamlessly though initially there was a bit of hassle 'getting it' .... new programs always are that way for me - the 'learning curve' is always there.I loaded John McEnroe's '... But Seriously' autobiography of his tennis career & life onto a thumb drive and fund out that my radio DID not support MP4A, which is an Apple creation for iPod - just another butt wad attempt to 'corner' the digital download market. Apple, Microsoft, & others essentially 'muddy' the market for everyone with these 'happy horse' droppings.Anyway, after I got it figured out I was able to put the whole recording on one 2gb thumb drive ... this included a PDF picture file that my radio ignores but my desktop does not.Given the price and usefulness I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this disk for file changing. Seriously!

This is an easy app to use and does exactly what it should.

The whole point of buying the CD is that I have no internet on the PC on which I want to convert WMAs to MP3s. If I could use internet, i'd just download some software directly. I see no mention of internet required in the product description. When you install with CD, it requests the code on the inside of the case. However, you need internet to register. From the company: "You need an Internet connection to activate the software. All software must be activated via the Internet. It will not work otherwise."
