I am very affected by blue light from my computer screen at night! Unfortunately, I have to work on the computer at night! In one night, wearing the amber blue light glasses... I was able to get right to sleep! Usually, I was not able to get to sleep for hours! Best money spent ever!

Just received these, as for the blue light blocking effect on my sleep I’ll update my review after I’ve used them for a few weeks but so far I’ll say something, the quality of these are unmatched really, the package and the actual glasses are just superb, super high quality, I bought the cheap $10-12 ones before and they were total garbage they were cheap plastic that ended up turning fuzzy as if I had caused a million scratches all over which I didn’t, but these I 100% recommend.

These seem to be really helping with my sleep. I put them on for the rwo hours before bed. My sleep is markedly improved.

the orange tint really helps with blocking blue light. Very easy to wipe clean.
