I followed the measurement guide, the "how does the product fit?", and read other people's reviews before ordering. This was a good bit smaller than I was expecting (because a reviewer had the same weight and height as me, so I went for the slightly smaller size since they said an XL was not tight). Well, a Large was quite a bit tighter than expected, so an XL would have done fine for me (5'4", 180lbs). The trick to launching yourself into this 2-dimensional device is to step into it first (there is no way my football worthy shoulders were going to give in without a fracture being required otherwise).Once on, the garment does as expected--it smooths out any ripple, there will be no jiggling (in fact, with this garment, there will never be a jiggle ever noticed again so long as you wear this, I promise), and it feels like a sturdy fabric (so I would not worry about it falling apart any time soon). It is very close to Spanx quality without the price attached.

Fits well and it’s smooth but if you don’t have boobs (I.e. myself) you will want to put a strapless bras under or some cups for a little lift. The little I have disappeared when I put this one without a braw.

Good quality. Very comfortable. Did not roll up after wearing for a full day.

I bought this to go under a sheer dress while keeping me tucked in. I'm 5'4", usually a 2X in clothing (16-18 pants) and currently pregnant so I got the 3X for room. I didn't want it for more than a slip, so I didn't expect that it would do much to control the tummy or love handles - and I was right about the tummy (gravity!), but the sides were well controlled by the top part. It does nothing for the stomach but smooth out a little (could be that I got a size bigger than I needed). It also doesn't ride up so you wont be pulling on it - danced all night and I have thunder thighs.

I bought this to wear under a fitted dress (also bought from Amazon) as my “shorts” spanx kept having to be pulled up because the waist was too low. I am 5’4”ish and about 180. I typically wear a 12/14 and a large top. I got the XL in this and it’s very fitted (which is the point). I’ve had a child so I have the wonderful “mommy belly”. This garment doesn’t hide it but It definitely helps keep it contained. It also keeps my huge butt and thighs in tact. I would recommend sizing up due to it being extra fitted.**UPDATE**After wearing this for several hours it does tend to ride up. If you’re sitting down or dancing as I did at the wedding I attended. It’s not bad enough to make me want to return it however I did have to do some readjusting several times.

I bought this to compare to another shaper sold on Amazon with a lower price point. I like this one because it offers straps, but out of the package one of the straps was broken so that defeats the purpose. I like the fit, I was expecting it to be a little firmer , but the pics show it holds me in pretty good, very smoothing. I am 5’3” and 216 for reference

This definitely helped shape my silhouette and didn't ride up at all, which is awesome. Also, I'm 5'2", weigh about 155lb and am pretty bottom heavy. I got a large and it fit, but was verrrry tight, so an XL might have been better. Also definitely wear a bra or pasties if you care about that, there is no padding or support at all.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I originally planned to wear it strapless but had a lot of trouble getting it to stay up. It kept sliding down so I ended up having to use the straps.

I received this in the mail today, it arrived earlier than I expected. The material is thick and firm but stretchy. I am 200 pounds 5”6. I’m extremely curvy, smaller waste (32”) , big hips (52”), and size C/D chest depending. I ordered a size XLMy biggest issue when wearing more form fitting dresses is finding underwear (even shaping underwear) that won’t leave a line on my hips because of the large difference between my waist size and hips size. This smooths out those lines. It also smooths out and unwanted rolls and my bra lines in the front and back. It also doesn’t roll up when I walk or sit which is awesome because there’s plenty of shapewear out there that is not designed for the comfort and convinence of more full figured women. I love this product, extremely happy I purchased it!
