It’s firmer than I expected, but my back and neck feel totally fine. Even though it’s firm, it still molds to the shape of my head when I lie down, which makes it really comfortable. When I sleep on my side, it supports my neck and shoulders well and doesn’t cause that awkward strain I usually get with softer, flatter pillows that need constant fluffing. You also don’t have to wait days for it to fully expand. As soon as you take it out of the bag, just squish it, fluff it, or bounce it around a bit on all sides and it’s ready to use.

Great support for neck and back pain. I loved this pillow so much I bought 3. It is a great replacement to my other foam pillow as this one is thicker and more firm. No more stiff neck in the morning. It puffs up quickly after taking it out of the vacuum sealed bag and it doesn’t stink of chemicals!

It arrived in a VERY tightly wrapped roll and I was convinced it wound not expand or be as firm as I was hoping. Well, I was wrong on both of these things. It's a nice, lightweight, and really firm pillow. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because I think it's too thick.

VERY tall and VERY firm. Probably a good pillow for side sleepers, but I am a back sleeper and this pillow was extremely uncomfortable and I had constant headaches after about 3 days.

I mostly sleep on my back, and this is one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever owned. It hasn’t lost its shape, and it gives great support for my neck. The cover is removable and washable, which is a big plus. I would definitely buy it again — the price is well worth the value.

I think I finally found a great pillow. I replaced my pillows 4 times in the last 6 months and it has gotten expensive, but I think this have finally worked. They are a little stiff but honestly they are great on your neck and I haven't had any more pain or trouble sleeping since I got them.
