These very nice bowls, have used them before!The only downside is, it took almost a month to get them. I guess they had to grow the trees to make the bowls. lol

These worked as advertised. They pull in the lower tummy area. I am a larger woman, so they did not fix my "muffin top", but if you don't have this problem, then I feel like they would work great. The only reason they didn't help that area on me is because they didn't go up that high, but if they were designed for high waist, I feel like they would certainly work for that area. They are comfortable and breathable. I really like how they are designed.
