Nice memory foam mattress pad
We received this Cal King Memory Foam Mattress Pad faster than the seller said it would arrive. It was packaged very well. It looked as if it had been cut just for us. We put it on the bed right away and the was no problem with it curling up. It laid flat almost instantly. It also had a very tiny smell that was gone after a day or so. It's comfortable, not as soft as I thought it would be, but it is much better than sleeping on our extra hard mattress. It's a good cushion of 3 inches, which makes the sheets stretch a bit but they still fit alright. A mattress foam pad is a good option and certainly cheaper than buying a new softer mattress. It seems to be working OK for us.

I've had this mattress topper for a little over a year. I recently contacted the seller explaining the product has become too soft and has lost it's elasticity. While their customer service is quick to respond, they indicate that this type of wear is normal."According to the warranty department a normal increase in softness or loss of slow recovery under the warranty. Therefore, we will not be able to process a warranty claim for you at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."If you're looking for a long lasting memory foam mattress topper, this isn't it. I will be looking for another product, perhaps with some gel components for more durability and longevity.

It began to compact after about a week
I'm returning the item. My Costco topper is old and has a few cracks, so I bought the Visco topper based on its wonderful reviews. It was heavenly for the first few nights, then began to "deflate." After a few more nights, I started feeling very achy in the morning. I'm not a large person -- 5'3 and about 115 lbs, so my body size and weight shouldn't be a factor.I've gone back to using my Costco memory foam topper -- it's old but reliable.Interesting to note: I bought the Visco item for $99, and received a message from Amazon yesterday stating that the price has changed -- it's now $160.
