Simply remove the jug's lid, insert the food-grade silicone hose into the water, and place the pump on top of the jug, making sure it fits securely onto the 2.16 inch (5.5 cm) neck.

Q: How do I turn on the Narpump Whisper water dispenser?

Press the button on the top of the water dispenser to start dispensing water. It will fill a glass in just 4-5 seconds. Beware, if you press the button for 3 seconds, you will activate the Child Lock and the pump will not operate.

Q: Can I use the Narpump Whisper water dispenser with different jug sizes?

Yes, the dispenser is suitable for 1 to 5-gallon water jugs, as long as they have a 2.16 inch (5.5 cm) neck size. Do not forget to take the lid of the water jug before installation.

Q: How do I activate the child safety lock?

Press and hold the button on the dispenser for 3 seconds to activate the child safety lock. The Narpump Whisper Automatic Water Pump will not work when the child lock is on. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to deactivate it.

Q: How do I recharge the battery?

Use the included USB charging cable to recharge the battery. Connect it to a power source such as a wall adapter, power bank, or computer.
