These pickups are a significant upgrade in my single coil guitar. Good quality wiring, nice clean solders, great looking pickguard; all the screws but one went well into my Carvin. Clean, glassy tones from the pups, just what I was looking for. Easy installation. Only three solders to make: ground to cavity and leads to jack. Well made and highly recommended.

Not to be negative but.... before I install I check the pickups for their output resistance. 6.3 neck,6.5 mid,6.5 Bridge. Was what the listing mentioned. I found 6.1 Neck, and the mid & Bridge read 3.0k ?? I’m installing them to see if they do work but got a feeling it might go back if there’s a problem. Sad too :( was looking forward to those Artec Pickups. I know they are an OEM pickup supplier from the early 70’s . And are very comparable to F style pickups. Very “ Chimey” like F’s pickups. Looks really good. I had to drill new holes to make it fit. Soldered two wires on outjack , not too difficult.comes with 2 back covers , extra black tone and volume knobs and black and white pickup covers,screws .packaged with foam so no chance of damage. Very impressed with product. Also sounds really good. Replaced on 1995 Squier stratocaster ,made in Korea.

I would compare the quality of these pickups to Fender Tex Mex. They sound excellent and you can tell they were designed to have the authentic Strat tone. In addition the package comes with 2 different color pickup covers, selector knob and tone knobs. New screws, input jack and 2 back covers.The quality of all material appears to be very good and the wiring work is excellent. All this for $115. Very impressed.

All components are of good quality, and the wiring job is very tidy. Seems to be very well made, fits perfectly, and sounds awesome, all at a fraction of the price of the cheapest comparable Fender product. Highly recommended
