This is the best hand cream. I keep a pot in my bathroom for use after hand washing and it keeps my hands so soft. Also have bought as presents and it always goes down well!

Fab Hand Softener
Expensive but well worth it - this does what it says on the tin! keeps my dry old hands soft and feeling good. Use only a little at a time as goes a long way - thoroughly recommend.

Unpleasant fragrance - and sticky
I am usually a fan of Neal's Yard products but this hand 'softener' has a really unpleasant smell - no hint of citrus - is very thin in texture and leaves a sticky feel after application. Not a success.
