Easy way to water-proof a leaky pre-fab garage
Bought two of these to waterproof my garage where the prefabricated concrete wall panels meet the floor slab. Instructions seemed a wee bit off with the water volume needed for the bag of slurry to mix properly (says add 3.8 litres - I added about 4.2 litres) - there's no way it would have brushed/painted on without the extra water.Took a little longer to cure than the packaging suggests,but that may be due to the extra water and ambient temperature.Anyway........... after one coat and one week the garage is bone dry.

Did not work for usHad to dig out on outside of garage and then put some mambrane then lime stone that has stop the water coming

It definitely does the job
First time User and, the I am pleased with the outcome. Used it to tank a single-lined coal room and I am actually amazed with the result. I know, the weather has been dry lately, but, so I have not had any moisture issues 2 months after the job.
