Worked exactly as stated. No hassle. Connected to network as soon as I landed at airport.

I bought a SIM for use in USA and on arrival I wasn't able to receive a service. After attempting myself to fix the issue unsuccessfully I contacted t-sim only to be told my handset isn't compatible on the networks available, something I doubted but I travelled for the funeral of my brother and really didn't have the inclination to go into it further . On return to the UK I checked the T-Mobile website and used their compatibility checker to assess my phones compatibility and using my IMEI confirmed I could receive the service with the SIM I paid for. I was advised by t-sim to use this site.I then contacted the company advising them of my phone compatible, using the website they told me to use and that given I'd had no service I requested a refund. They're refusing staying still that my handset was not compatible.I have asked them to provide evidence that my handset wasn't compatible, in the same way I provided them with evidence. So far they've not produced it and are still declining a refund.My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company is to consider very carefully how much you value customer service if things go wrong. I,d say don't take the chance with this company. Customer service in my case involved curt single line replies and a take it or leave it attitude. Anyone can do that but it's not customer service. Woeful.

We travelled from Indiana to California and had a good signal 99 percent of the time. Excellent value for a months usage.

Customer service line unhelpful. I kept getting messages that there voice mail waiting for me but no one could explain how to set up or access voice mail. VM messages were repetitive and annoying.Could not figure out how to add more data, though now I am back in UK am getting repetitive messages about adding more data when I don't need it.Will try a different provider next time in the US.

Do not buy ,totally useless, bought 2 SIM cards fir our trip to Orlando ,could never connect to make a proper call or send a text, data never worked unless connected to other Wi-Fi

Activated as instructed prior to my trip to Hawaii. Not working at all, can't call, can't text, no mobile data. Disappointed.
