Good EDC, compact but tall
This is a good little knife. It's short in length and not overly thick but it is "high" in terms of thickness in the hand (where you close your hand on it). This makes it feel "chunky" and makes it fit my hand well even though it's only a three-finger or three-and-a-half finger grip for me in terms of length.Wire clip has good retention but is just a tad too low for a true deep-carry. Opening is smooth and authoritative and the button-lock on mine always locks up. The button was a bit stiff to disengage but is getting better over time. A drop of oil helps. The edge was perfect and like all Ganzo's I've purchased it arrived screamingly sharp.Overall a decent folder for the price. If you like the form factor, give it a try.

Smooth action, Sharp Blade, Great Clip
This has become a constant in the daily carry rotation. The pocket clip is a little on the tight side but is wearing in nicely. The action is smooth on release and opens well either with a flick or with a button swing. The edge was sharp out of the box and is holding nicely for D2 steel. No complaints and would definitely order again.

Small and sticky
Drive yourself is fine it came Sharp my only complaint is that when you use the push button to open it and you go to close it it sticks open it doesn't want to close easily yet to give a little extra push to close it I think it has something to do with the detent. I own quite a few of this brand a knife and I've always found him to be adequate solid for the money good knives this one is really no exception just a little more attention to detail to get the locking mechanism tuned up and be perfect

Spyderco Killer!
Well, it's official: American knife manufacturers can no longer compete with their Chinese counterparts. Actually, it's probably been this way for close to a decade now. This review is for the Ganzo FH925 but I will be talking alot about my Spyderco PM3 because it just got it's rear handed to it by a $28 Ganzo made in China.Let's start with the Ganzo. Fit, finish, and function are perfect. Blade centered perfect, lockup perfect, drop shut perfect. Button lock perfect. It's not an exaggeration to say it's flawless. It's a beautifully made small knife and Ganzo deserves alot of credit for once again bringing incredible value to the market. Now let's talk about my overpriced, under quality Spyderco PM3. I've always supported American made but I can't anymore when it comes to these knives. And it's not just Spyderco. My Spyderco has a horribly centered blade. The finish is horrible (see pics) on the spine and inside the thumb hole. It's actually worse in person. Not what you would expect from a top American manufacturer. It has lock rock and blade play and tightening the pivot does not solve the issue. It just makes the blade tight and it won't fall on it's own. This knife never should have made it out of their plant. It has characteristics of a $10 Walmart knife. And for those who think I've abused it...I doubt it has 5 minutes time cutting paper. It's practically brand new. There is no comparison between the two knives. The Ganzo's fit and finish is flawless and the Spyderco looks like they wanted to make it as fast as possible to maximize profits. Doesn't look like Spyderco even attempted to put a nice finsh on the metal. Again, not what you would expect from a $150 knife.Ok, enough about my poor quality Spyderco. Why am I spending time talking about it and not the reviewed knife? Because my point is: I would take the Ganzo any day of the week over the Spyderco...and not because the Ganzo is a lower price. The Ganzo is a higher quality knife!I can get all four fingers on the Spyderco and it is lighter. The Ganzo is a 3 1/2 finger knife but just feels damn good in the hand for such a small knife, with perfect balance. And actually, I think the Ganzo has slightly more blade than the Spyderco (see pic). I can fit the Ganzo completely down into the key pocket of my Noble cargo pants. Spyderco isn't even close to fitting. But the knife snobs say, "The Spyderco's steel is superior"...Lol. Don't fall for the super steel propaganda. Ganzo's D2 is the real deal proven by LuvThemKnives on YouTube. They've tested as high as 62 Rockwell hardness...they are properly heat treated. D2 is hard and tough and 99% of the people buying super steels will never actually use them to their full potential. Knowing how to sharpen a knife is far more important than "upgrading" to a super steel. Like I said, don't fall for the propaganda. Invest in quality diamond stones like DMT or Sharpal and learn how to sharpen a knife and enjoy your D2 steel. Go to YouTube and watch OUTDOORS55. He is absolutely the best I've seen at sharpening knives. A wealth of knowledge!Great job Ganzo. You've somehow managed to produce a $28 knife that's absolutely kicks the butt of my $150 Spyderco. For those of you who are skeptical, buy one and prove it to yourself.

Great Value!
Extremely well made for the price. As good as many of my much more expensive blades. The blade is a great shape and good size for everyday tasks; while being “non threatening” at the same time. Great purchase.

faulty button lock on some knives, very dangerous
I bought one of these and was really impressed. Rock solid, quality steel, smooth action, great price. So I decided to buy another one, noticed the button seemed a bit more recessed so I decided to test lock retention, practically zero, cut my finger pretty deep. So I'd say they're hit and miss, test yours out when you get it otherwise you'll be potentially putting yourself in danger of getting sliced badly. I'll be returning this one and hoping the next one doesn't have the same issue
