Great head strap. Fits like stock but better feel .

The original headband on the Maxwells didn't provide enough adjustment for my head. It was either too tight or too loose. The WC headband gave me the extra adjustment I needed. I really wish the original headband had extra notches like the WC one. I don't notice the weight of the new headband like other reviews pointed out. After about 3 hrs of use, I noticed some discomfort at the top of my head; where the headband touches my head. I shave my head, so I lack the extra cushion up there. So keep that in mind if you also no or very little hair. I still recommend the headband.

The overall Aesthetics with the band and the replacement ear cups is great! (I just wish they had more color options.) The silicone band looks great and the print doesn't scratch off. The functionality is definitely on point, and with so many holes on the sides for adjustment, you can get the fit of the headphones just right! Well the installation is fairly easy with removing the original headband, the holes on the silicone are a little tight so getting the fit is a little tricky, but not too bad. I don't know if it was just my headband, but be careful when placing in the holes or even gently removing because the fit is so tight my silicone tour while I was placing it into the headband. I'm thinking maybe it was just a defect with the silicone in that spot, or the pressure was too much in that spot when trying to squeeze it between the two posts. Otherwise this would be a 5 out of 5 review

Good headband for the Maxwell, does help make it have a little less pressure and feel a little lighter. Good value for the money

Very comfortable. Having extra options to position the head strap compared to the original leather one the headset ships with allowed me to alleviate a lot of discomfort I was feeling. I also like the look which matches this companies cooling earcups.

I ordered the Kinetic Wave pattern along with the matching ear cushions on June 19, 2025. Being Amazon, they showed up quickly of course and I had it all installed and in use within a week. Overall, this headband does what you need it to. It fits great, is comfortable, and doesn't slide around on a bald head too much. However, I noticed today that the pattern on the headband has slowly worn off and left me with a bright orange section of headband where the Kinetic Wave pattern should be. I'm not sure if the band was dyed or if they're using some kind of film, but whatever it is, it doesn't hold up to my bald head. I've worn my Maxwells around the house doing a broad range of tasks so I've certainly sweat while wearing them, but not to the point where I would expect a piece of rubber(?) to completely release its dye or whatever onto my head. I couldn't believe it which is why I popped on here and felt like sharing my experience. I've had WC ear cushions on two other headsets in the past, and those have all been great. Their headbands leave something to be desired though. So weird.

I bought this since I wanted it to match with the earpads and I will say it's not really anything special. They're a little hard to take on and off, but once you figure it out, it's easy every time after. I like that there is one more hole for adjustability, but it can't change the trash adjustment method on the headphones sadly. Overall, I would say to save your money and buy black earpads so you aren't tempted to buy one of these to match unless you like wasting money like me.
