Metolius Wood Grips Compact II Training Board - SS23 - One - Brown

I have been using this hangboard for training for months now, and have a lot to say about it. the holds are excellent, the quality is very good, the unit looks appealing. It is definitely a conversation piece for anyone who comes into my room. The board itself is the darker material, and I used a piece of plywood to secure it as mentioned in the instructions. I went a step above and routed the edges, marked and drilled all of the holes precisely, and mounted the board centered on my door and the plywood. This extra time has made all the difference. The board itself is aesthetically pleasing, but it is even more pleasing in its functionality.

This is a FANTASTIC training tool. Don't overdo it, and be consistent, and you'll get results.

This board does not have much texture for friction. I think that makes it a better dinner board.

Very nice looking piece. Very easy to install (buy some plywood for a backing). Very comfortable texture. Very helpful for seeing how weak I am when crimps are involved.

コンパネに取り付けて、ドア枠の上に固定しました。 なかなかいい調子です。 クライミングのトレーニングに。

当初、Beastmaker(ビーストメーカー) 1000とかなり迷いましたが、実物は写真より綺麗ですしサイズも丁度いい感じ、木製は指にダメージを与えないのでとても良く家でトレーニングをするならこれで十分です。クライミングをしている娘も喜んでぶら下がってます。

ボルダリングを始めて子供のころは簡単に出来ていた懸垂も50をすぎて久々にやると２～３回が限界で悔しい思いをしていました。楽しく上るためにコツも大事だけどある程度の基礎体力は必要だと感じて購入しました。木の感触が優しく、そんなに目立たないので部屋の扉に設置しましたが、お気に入りです。もう少し安ければ言うことないですが、他に代わるものはありません。末永く長く使いたいと思います。昔、ぶら下がり健康機がはやりましたが場所をとるしそれに比べたら10倍お得です。指のトレーニングの溝も何種類かあり、レベルに応じてこれから使っていけそうです
