Screen broke without any known reason
My daughter has only had this camera a few months . There was no identifiable trauma to it yet when she opened it after sitting on a shelf for a few months the screen had cracked. I can find no way to get a hold of customer service .

Good camera for beginners
I'm not a professional photographer, but I enjoy taking family pics and videos and this Definitely does the job. The audio quality in video playback is a little low but the camera has a hot shoe mount on top that can be connected to a microphone so I will be purchasing one. It comes with everything you need to get started and it's very easy to use. I haven't printed any photos yet put it seems to take good quality pics. I have recorded quite a bit of video footage with no issues.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY! Idk why the review say it’s great, and so on! It’s trash! The quality of pictures and videos is HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage camera.

Not good video quality
Don’t buy it if you’re trying to make YouTube videos the camera quality is good for photos but the camera quality is terrible for videos

no puede ni enfocar
yo sabía que esta cámara por el precio no iba a ser la gran cosa, pero esta peor de lo que pensaba, la queria para grabar unas cosas muy sencillas como especie de tutoriao de manualidades y no enfoca el video! las fotografías aceptables pero al cambiar la modalidad a video se baja automáticamente mas la calidad y NO enfoca nunca entonces no se puede ver ni un poco a detalle, pésima compra, no crean en las reseñas!
