I was surprised that my wife took to using this home trainer as soon as it arrived and she tells me that it is so nice to work with.She gives herself about 10 mins each evening with it to help relax after work whilst also helping to get her fitter and unlike many other exercise devices we have tried, this one is still getting used and i would definitely recommend this as it is perfectly good and quality product for yound and middle aged men and women.

Waste product, do'nts buy it, Broken after 5 minute

Before i have used this kind of product but with iron springs which gets rusted after sometime. This product easy to store and light weight and handy to use. Overall Value for money. i recommend this brand {yeMaaR's} as i have purchased their Sweat Belt too its also working very well..thanks Amazon

Seems very delicate and not stiff at all.Foot support is very weak.

It's one of the best product for fitness lovers. Built quality is great, the rubber is of top quality and gets nicely stretched, it has a nice grip to hold. Its very much comfortable to use. Also it is very compact as it can be folded and can be kept anywhere without using much space. A worth buy product for good fitness.

The strings might get loose very fast
