Is the color a softer pink such as cotton or millennial, or is it a harder color pink like a rose or powder?

I cannot answer this question because I did not order this color. The color that I ordered was more of a hot pink.

They vary a little but most of the ones that I have are about 5 inches wide once they are out of the package and hanging freely.
