Am allergic to soy tvp. Can be used in most recipes instead of soy tvp. Much better tasting, too!

Great source for protein. Easy to integrate into any recipe or as is.

This product taste like nothing. With that said, if you don’t know how to season your food, you will not like it. I can just soak this with beef broth and add rice to it and it’s delicious. It has a meaty texture. Some of the reviews said it smells like fish-I don’t really like seafood and I have not noticed a fishy smell to it. I recommend this product if you want low-calorie high protein. Be sure to mix with a grain for optimal amino acid absorption. I will be buying this product again. I bought this product in January and just used it at the end of February because I was nervous on how it would taste. You have to season it. Tofu (to me) does not taste good unless it’s seasoned, same goes for this product. I will say it’s a little pricey for the 7.9 ounce bag- but it’s worth it. I’m only writing this review because I saw negative reviews about the product and I think it’s a great product. I’m excited to try it as taco meat.

I have been wanting to try meatless pea protein meat crumble substitute. I tried this based on value and previous reviews. I rehydrated this with vegetable broth and then made a homemade sloppy joe with it. It was easy to rehydrate and it cooked well plus absorbed the flavors nicely. When comparing this ground meat, it's not an exact 1:1 on texture. It is a little chewy in its consistency. I would recommend it for someone wanting a meat alternative.

As vegan this product is a must. Texture and taste are excellent. I will add to my list of staples

I was excited to try this product, but immediately noticed there was no manufacturing date or expiration date anywhere on the packaging. Buying food online without clear information about when it was made or when it expires feels really concerning. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return it, so it ended up being a waste of money. Really disappointing experience — do better, Puris.

Oddly good. Nice to have in case of emergency but actually tastes pretty good too. I mixed with a dehydrated veggie soup base mix and added enough water then just microwaved it.

I bought the big box and packed most of it away for long term storage. I had some left over and cooked it with black and red beans, seasoned and hydrated it. Very glad for the purchase. Works well as a meat substitute. Your hardcore meateaters may find some reason not to like it, but those who want to survive will be thankful for it.
