Prevoius one went as the cord was to stiff and snapped, happy to say the cord on the one is just as it should be and easy to install after taking a photo on my mobile of what goes where

The "pull" is actually quite light compared with the more common (and heavy-duty) 45-50 amp rated switches so, as long as it's only for an extractor fan or similar under 10 amp application, this is the one to buy! If it's for an immersion heater etc then you may well need a higher amperage rated switch. If in doubt, check with a qualified electrician before buying this.
