I honestly don't know
There's no smell, never has been, there's no way of being able to tell that this is anything other than water.I've used it nonetheless. But It feels like a dangerous game to play to use this in a tattoo studio.No disrespect to the company at all, or the seller. I've just no way of testing it. And the oldschool smells of bleach and tcp and all that stuff just make you think "clean"I guess some marketing has gotten to me after all these years. OR this is water...I dunno. Not gonna drink it to find out.
