So far I am liking this crazy contraption. It was recommended by my chiropractor to get one of these as he said I have lost the "c" curve in my neck. Pretty easy to use and a great way to stop, slow down, and take some time for yourself.

Liked it until it broke! It’s like the air has started escaping when you pump it, and it deflates quickly and is now really unusable! I hope the company will see this and replace it, because apparently the time to be able to return it has expired. I should have really read the reviews on this one, before I bought it.

We bought this 4 months ago and it has already broken. The inflatable bladder has separated from the plastic and now leaks. This is irreparable. My husband liked this a lot while it was working but unfortunately we are on the lookout for one with better reviews and made of better quality. I must say I am disappointed.

Had it three months and it's broken. The part that fills with air, now deflates. No longer serves the purpose I need it for. I contacted the company MiTrendz and am still waiting on a response. Once I get a response from them, if ever, I will consider updating my review.

The seller is good the product has an acceptable quality but the results were not as expected, the curve on the neck stills stay the same shape unrectified after few months of use.

My wife needed something to help with her neck. Our chiropractor recommended several products. We chose this one and ever since she started using it, as per her accounts, she felt improvement. Time will tell...so far, a good product.

The air began leaking out of the neck pad about 2 weeks after I purchased it. I bought a replacement and the handle was broken. It does work well to relieve pain. I turned 2 broken units into 1 working one!

Extremely poor experience. Worked fine until it didn't. Bladder started leaking after only a dozen uses over 4 months without full inflation. Contacted support who was extremely slow to respond. Was told I was out of the return window and they are unwilling to replace. Don't waste your money on a poorly built product and a company that won't stand behind it.
