I expected it to be more ferm, it's quite soft but yes wearing it for long time can give you lot of pain in your legs. So as leg compression it is not that good but can be used by people who have very soft legs and can't wear hard compressions. I used it while playing cricket think it it would help me with shin pain, but i would it helped in some extent for shin pain but gave me overall legs pain. May b regular use can ease the pain.
