I have an old recipe from my Grandmother for a holiday desert that has to be steamed for 2 hours. Up until now I had used a 1 lb coffee can with tin foil tied on the top. Well can’t find the coffee can anymore so I bought this as my sons love this desert.This worked better than my old way and was perfect to keep it in afterwards. Love it!!!

There were no information or directions included with this product. Which makes it almost unusable if your not familiar with using a flan pan like this.

Perfect sealing
This flan mold has a fairly thick material, which makes it resistant and durable. It maintains a good seal, so it can be used in pressure cookers or ovens
