eBags Mother Lode EVD Backpack - Bags (Heathered Graphite)

Bought for a 3-week trip and wanted A backpack that would slide over my carryon luggage handle, have the ability to pack a jacket/shirt for a day trip, store my iPad and have lots of interior compartments- this pack was awesome for all these reasons and more. I like the zippable exterior side water bottle holder and the sturdy nylon construction. I have an eBags backpack duffle as well so purchased this backpack which didn’t disappoint for it’s functionality and appearance.

I have the larger Motherlode Weekender Jr. that I use as a carry on, but I wanted a smaller option for when I don’t take a carry on. Flying budget airlines means sometimes it is cheaper to pay for a checked bag, and this is a perfect smaller alternative! Same amazing features as eBags larger bags, but in smaller form. Pockets and extra features are hugely beneficial. Also a kid-friendly version if you were looking for a smaller option to the weekender. This is my new domestic flight personal item of choice!
