Just tried these out last night and the difference between these and regular pillows is night and day. The cooling effect is definitly noticeable. They are about the size of a normal queen sized pillow. I read the reviews about them being overly packed with material but to me they were perfectly firm and soft in the right areas. Id say they are worth what ya pay especially for getting 2 pillows compared to other single pillows that are equal or higher cost. Came vacuum packed in a nice little box and fluffed up in less than a minute with a little help from the hands. Will have to see how long they hold up now!

Love the fact that you can tailor to your own specific needs. Temperature is good and maintains shape. Great value for the money.

Definitely recommend if you’re not sure how firm or soft you want your pillows. Being able to adjust the height of your pillow is definitely amazing!

I rarely leave reviews, but, in NJ atm we are having a tremendous heat wave and each night with 3 fans on me it takes a restless 3-4 hours of tossing and turning to get to sleep. Got these pillows yesterday. Once they fully expanded they were big. I am a big guy and always use 2 pillows, only needed one of these last night!Had no problem falling asleep last night and for the first time in months I slept through the night! Can’t believe it! I am so well rested today it is truly amazing! I am actually a bit in awe that they work. I was the biggest skeptic and thought this was a gimmick I was going to need to return. Instead now I know what to get people as gifts!

Pillows are nice but for use they were too fluffy and not firm. We took some of the stuffing out but they still aren’t very firm. Cooling is really nice though, big plus

I was hesitant to but these as they are not cheap, however, I was very pleased with the quality and comfort. The best part is that you can add or remove the filling to accommodate the depth of the pillow.My husband sweats like a beast and these pillows help keep him cool during the night.

Holds shape well. Doesn't feel bumpy. Solid. The air pockets keep it cool.

Only slept 2 nights with it. So far no neck pain. Very supportive. No longer have to sleep with 2 pillows. Seems to be good quality. If there are any changes. I'll repost.

Easy to adjust the stuffing to find your comfort level. Pretty much does what it says it does.

This pillow is stuffed solid with chunks of foam and will not flatten out during a night's sleep. It keeps your head at the proper height and angle if you are a side sleeper, so that you won't roll your shoulder inward while asleep. If the stuffing is too much for you, you can remove as much as you want until you get the desired height and thickness. The customizability is a great added value. I've been sleeping on it for 2 months now and it shows no signs of deforming or losing density. Excellent.

Horrible. Feels like I’m sleeping on a brick. Took out handfuls of foam, nothing changed still brick like. Not a comfortable pillow. Will use them for decorative pillow shams. Horrible to sleep on
