Super easy install with the included tools parts and instruction manual. Has a nice quality feel and all components are made of metal to me less plastics are always better the mecinisams move like butter and looks great overall nice durability and the thickness of the metal plate was a plus. cleaned up where the old knobs were and fit standard holes perfectly

Good quality product very sturdy

The instructions are very bad. The door is currently stuck in the LOCKED position and the handle is not engaging while I am outside the house writing this review. I have no other access into the house. I thought it was weird that the pin that connects the two handles slides back and forth when I was installing it - and I guess I was right - it has slid just enough out of the way of the outdoor handle so it doesn’t engage. Terrible design. I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to get back inside the house. I saw one other person leave the same review - hopefully it doesn’t happen to anybody else

This is a beautiful and strong unit. We installed it on a set of wooded French doors. Works perfectly and looks great!

It is very hard to find a lockset like this. The price is really great. I installed the locks in a couple of hours and this included reading the instructions. The instructions could be better however. It works really well and I would recommend this product highly.

Nice looking set (only reason for 2 stars). I bought 2 for a new build set of doors. Using their template I was unable to get the two lock mechanisms to line up and fit together. If you get the 3 connection fittings thru their holes and aligned with the lock throw, the the bottom handle mechanism connection won't align by about 1/8th inch. If you reverse the order, then you can't get the top lock mechanism to align with its connection points. Because its a one piece unit there is no slack to work with. A total of 6x pieces have to sandwich together at the same time in a space you can't see into between the door and the lock plate. After several hours of trying to figure a different way, I finally gave up and returned both locks. The instructions are completely worthless. They show 3 pictures of how to install the latch plates in the wall and one final picture where the instructions are fasten the 2 sides together and you're done. Classic Chinese junk product. Save yourself a lot of frustration and buy another solution. As a bonus, if you had any thoughts about having these re-keyed to match your other locks, forget it. This lock requires a special Chinese key to re-key the lock.
