These are by far the best pans I’ve owned. I’m 70 and have purchased a lot of cookware over the years from stainless steel to ceramic and everything in between. Nothing cooks like these!! I cooked breakfast with a tiny bit of oil and had the heat on medium low. Had to actually turn it down to low to cook my sausage. Then just added my eggs after removing the sausage and my eggs cooked up beautifully with no sticking what’s so ever even after flipping to the yolk side. I wanted to share that video however I guess they only allow one video which is a bummer. Handle stays cool when cooking which is really nice! Cleanup is a breeze as well. I did a lot of research for a new set of pans after my ceramic ones died. Took me months to pick one and more time to decide to just do it given the price of these. However it’s like they say “you get what you pay for”. If you’re in the fence about purchasing these, take the jump and GET THEM!! You will NOT be sorry!! Made in the USA, durable, great heat distribution, and easy cleanup. I’ve hand washed them as well as put them in the dishwasher and they come out looking great!! After cooking let the pan cool before washing. Heavier than the less expensive ones but not overly so. You can feel the quality when you hold it.

Non toxic stainless steel for the win!! These are beautiful made in USA. These heat very nicely and evenly. I got three different size pans in my bundle and I love them.

I am updating my review. The company is addressing the one flawed pan in the set, by sending me a new one. I do love the pans! If you use them properly, they work wonderfully. Very happy with my purchase!
