Case broke a few months ago. Can't get warranty from Brinks.
I really liked all of my previous Pong cases. This one the lower edges are peeling up.Although it is technically still under warranty, I can't get a new one as I bought it through a seller on Amazon. When I contacted the seller they said that I had to contact Amazon.

Stylish, durable, high quality
I had a Pong, (now Alara) case on my iphone 6 for four years. I dropped my phone multiple times without damage. The case was stylish, durable and I expect would have lasted for many more years.I just purchased this new Alara case for my Iphone X. Some have noted that the case is slippery. I have not felt the case slippery in any way whatsoever. I noted two differences between the Alara and Pong case. The power and volume buttons are now covered. This makes the volume buttons a bit more difficult to press, easily fixed with a razor blade. However, I have gotten used to the added pressure needed and it doesn’t bother me. Second, the lip around the screen does not protrude as far as the old pong case. This makes the case a bit more elegant. Hopefully, it does not compromise protection of the screen. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of this case which is the reason I sought this case out when I upgraded to the IPhone X.

Gets the job done
Easy to install it feels that it pulls the heat to the back of the case .I have dropped it multiple times and phone is still secure

Power and volume buttons hard to press
I am a previous owner of the original Pong case for my iPhone 6 Plus. This iPhoneX case feels just as durable. The biggest drawback and main reason for my return is the buttons are now integrated with the shell rather than with cutouts. This makes the tactile feel of the volume and power buttons really difficult to depress. I take screenshots often and this makes it quite frustrating using the power and volume up button combo because of the amount of pressure it requires with one hand operation. This is the only case that has EMF reduction I’ve seen and it’s sad that I have to return it because it doesn’t meet my functional needs. I’ve attached some photos for your reference. Great product but it needs another revision with market studies of real use.

You need strong fingers to push those side buttons...
On the plus side, this case protects the phone well when it's dropped. However, on the minus side, the top layer of plastic comes off over time and makes it look ugly and the buttons on the side are EXTREMELY hard to push.

Does not fit the Galaxy 8+VERY hard to RETURN! Buyer Beware!
This phone case will not stay on the phone, and my phone is now broken because it slipped right out. I cannot get a refund mailback through amazon, I'm supposed to be receiving e-mails, but am not. Do not waste your money, this does not fit the Galaxy 8+.

I wouldn't have known the difference between Pong and Brink...
If I didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing this product, I wouldn't have known the difference between the iphone 6 Pong case that I had previously and the new Brink iphone 8 plus case. I read the reviews complaining about pressing the buttons and the slipperiness of the case. I don't share the same concerns as it doesn't seem that slippery to me and the buttons all work fine given the strength of my fingers. I don't feel like I'm doing anything different with this case than I did with the old Pong case. I'm a happy customer and please to have great case that reduces radiation.

Product Falling Apart after 9 months
I’ve had it for LESS than a year. In fact, only 9 months, and this happens! Thought the product would be more longterm than just shy of a year
