White Mountain Pickle Co. Double Dirty Dills Pickling Kit - No Jar Needed

Bought as a gift idea, but wanted to try it out first. The bag concept is pretty neat, but my recommended process would be:- add vinegar to bag (in suggested amount). Mix spices with vinegar- add cucumber- Close bag to see how much water is needed.- add less water than you think is needed, and re-close the bag. I recommend this as I lost some of the spices on my first trial.- add just enough water to let the bag close with minimal loss. Air didn't seem to have a major impact in my trials.

Since I have tried the White Mountain Pickle Company pickles I have not bought store pickles. These are great! Make sure you fill the packet with a little less liquid than the package says, or you will have major spillage. I have now tried the double dirty dills, NY deli half sours, Italian, Polish and Siracha spicy. Most of them are very good with the Italian being my favorite. The Siracha spicy also have an underlying sweet flavor that I didn't like when eating them alone; we made them into spicy hotdog relish and it is perfect for that. I probably wouldn't buy the Polish again, I didn't really like the flavor, a little sweet to me. And you can usually get 2 batches out of each package! Best Pickles ever!

These pickles are absolutely the best pickles you will ever try in your whole life there is no pickle better me and my boyfriend Shannon have a garden with a ton of pickles the process of putting in the bag are simple and if you switch the Cucumbers out on the third day and replace it again it works perfect. We did pickle slices and pickle spears. I walked in the grocery store today to purchase a few things here in Florida I ran across that buy one get one free on the market pickle that I used to really like and I picked up the jar and put it back down once you've had this pickle you won't settle for any other

Good pickling spice. My daughter loved this flavor the most. I felt it was a little on the salty side. Still, it made very crisp tasty pickles.

Sliced some yellow onions and put them in the package for my smoked meat sandwich, absolutely incredible!!!!

Love love love these pickling bags. I did find that I prefer to pour them into a large covered bowl instead of using the bag. Great flavor.

My whole family is obsessed with these pickles! My kids love making them just as much as they love to eat them. My wife says they are her all time favorite pickles...I agree!
