The refrigerator is good, the battery lasts at least 5 hours.

Works as it should
It works fine and keeps the temperature stable to within 1ยฐC.However, it's certainly not silent while cooling, as the fan starts running intermittently.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT-BATTERIES DIE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY
Horrible Product. I bought this for a two-month long trip to Europe that consisted of 2 weeks on a cruise ship, 4 weeks traveling around different parts of Europe by air, car and train, and 2 more weeks on a cruise ship. I set it up at my home for a few days before we left to check temperature. It worked okay at first. When it was plugged into the wall, the temp would stay about 2-4 degrees warmer than I set the temperature to according to an actual freezer thermometer I put inside. It was within the temp my medication needed to stay at even running a little warm, so I just went with it. While I was testing it, I used battery only power one time to gauge how long the battery power would last and how long it took to charge them back up after they died. It lasted for about 5 hours and took about 10 for them to recharge. Otherwise, I disconnected the batteries and used only plug power since that would be what I was using when on the cruise and at hotels. I only needed the battery for travel from one place to another via air, train, or car. The entire first two weeks of the cruise we didn't connect the batteries at all as it was plugged into the outlet. We connected the batteries when we got to Spain and had to travel by air to Ireland. Using the battery, it ran 6 degrees warmer than set temperature, but still within acceptable range, and the batteries died in about 4 1/2 hours. I tried to use the batteries in the car each day we were traveling by car around Ireland, but by day 4, the batteries were completely dead. I had to resort to plugging it into the power bank that I use to charge my iPad and phone and then plug the power bank into the USB charger in the car just to have enough power to keep it running while we were on the road for 2-3 hours traveling from one hotel to another. There is no way this is worth the money they charge for it when the batteries do not last even a week. Unfortunately, because I was in Europe, there wasn't any way for me to return it within the 30-day return period or I definitely would have.

Lasted only 1 year
Lasted a year. It appears the fan bearings wore out and the fan stopped as did the cooling. Damaged $1000 of medicine. Up until then it worked well.

Would buy again

Not designed for long flights.
I was hoping this cooler would be worth the money for long flights. The dual batteries allow only for 6-8 hours max. I recharged the internal set and pulled in a 100Wh external battery that I use for my CPAP and together it last for 19 hours. My trips to SE Asia usually require about 30 hours or more. After considering the size of the external batteries that I would need for running this refrigerator for 30 hours, I decided to return it. It held 5 pens of Mounjaro quite well, but would still need another 3 pen cooler to carry all 8 pens I needed for a two month trip. I tests one of the 3 pen cases with the liquid to supplement this unit and it lasted over 30 hours, so for a little more money I got 3 of those cases and returned this cooler. It will be much easier with 3 smaller cases than dealing with batteries or finding USB outlets that provide enough current while traveling.

Does good job
Used it on a 6 hour trip in my truck. Kept my three Mounjaro insulin pins at correct temp and safe from damage. I even put a digital thermometer to track the temperatures. It worked great.

Stopped working after 12 hours
Used it twice on 28 hour road trip. Stop working correctly after 12 hours both times, lucky we had a Yeti cooler with us. Buy a Yeti cooler, it wonโt quit on you
