Side seam fall apart before first use!!!!
I purchased this about a month and a half ago, I just had the time to try it out yesterday. As soon as I took it out of the plastic bag and opened it, the seam on the side fall apart so easily.The problem that I passed my return window. I've bought the small size last year and I'm still gladly using it, all is fine and now when I had to upgrade I wasted my money on this badly made one.I still expect the seller to offer a return/exchange but can't get an option to reach them in any of the 3 ways I tried. Otherwise I'm unfortunately gone start buying from another supplier.

Plenty of room!
I got this for my son because he wanted a safe backpack for his laptop. He loves it! Plenty of room, well padded, flaps over zipper for safety, plug ins for his phone and had phones, totally glad I got this!
