E-flite Park 480 Brushless Outrunner Motor 1020Kv EFLM1505 Electric Brushless Motors Air

I used this as my motor upgrade on a HobbyZone Super Cub S and it is awesome! Straght up vertical flight and tons of torque swinging a 10x8 prop to carry plenty of parachute men for the kids! This thing is super quiet and very smooth. I used the custom aluminum motor mount for Super Cubs you can find on ebay and its a perfect bolt on application and shaves a bunch of wegiht over the stock gear box set up so you may need to add a few ounces up front for CG purposes. Im also using a 30amp ESC mounted to side of motor mount inside cowling and it runs super cool and barely gets warm. I have not used the prop adapter it comes with because im using a modified shaft to use my original props but it looks nice and should work well with other setups. Its easy to change shafts on this motor as well and it comes with plug tips already attached. Great upgrade and I will be buying another one soon! OH yea, ships quick and was packaged perfectly!

Used for smaller/lightweight model aircraft, this little motor will scream. I have this on foam super cub as a replacement to the brushed motor and gearbox. It is drastically lighter and will turn wooden, apc and other props that put out real performance with ease. Battery life is extended because it requires much less power to achieve the same level of performance of the stock setup. It is so powerful I nearly ripped the wings off of the super cub in a tight loop. This little motor is great for any park flyer type RC model plane. You will need a brushless style ESC in order to operate this item.

Fantastic motor gets awesome run times over 10 minutes on 3s 2200 lipo in my parkzone f4u-1a corsair. Despite being a smaller motor then what this plane comes with stock and being over the recommended weight limit the park 480 still has plenty of power, pulling endless vertical flight and cruising at around 45% throttle. I would recommend buying this motor.

Great motor - cannot go wrong with this one. Sure you pay a little more for E-Flite, but they last forever and you know someone checked that it worked before they shipped it. This motor is especially great.

Very very very pleased with this item. I have made about 4 planes using this item. Every plane I used it on, I was very happy with the motor's performance.

It will not fit most park zone planes without using the included motor mount then shortening the cowl as this is not the same size of a park zone 480 motor.

The best motor for larger aircraft. Do not use for pusher prop type aircraft.
