Love the phone case, I carry mostly in my pocket and have not dropped it. The kickstand on the back of the case has broken, not the actual leg but the brace on the leg, the pegs holding it in place has broken. The tempered glass for the screen is great I noticed having to tap with a little bit more force for the keystrokes to register, was very easy to install even without clear precise instructions. Great for grip with the case it doesn't slip out of my hand. The four star on durability was only due to the kickstand on the phone case. Great phone case overall, especially for the price point.

I've been a fan of Zizo for some time, but this particular case disappointed me just a bit. First time I opened the kickstand it broke. Other than that, it's a great case. I'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a quality rugged case without breaking the bank. I'll buy from them again.Just talked to Zizo. They're sending me replacement case right now

The case is great. It's easy to grip, fits the phone well, and seems like it will protect the phone from almost anything I'm likely to encounter. The only downside is that the kickstand support has tiny, fragile pins that broke rather easily just from the force of opening (kickstand sill attached, but the slider that limits the movement broke). Dirt can easily become lodged in the divots in the case, but that's part of what makes it feel secure and comfortable in your hand so not complaining (only mentioned in case someone reading this needs to use in an environment where that could be an issue). I would buy again.

Outter case and the rubber case fit great all corners covered nice seems like the case will hold up greatThe glass on the other hand fits good side to side with the case installed but not top to bottom. There is still a gap at the top and the bottom like it wasn't designed with this case in mindAlso my phone fell off the couch two days after I got the case. It fell 2 feet maybe and the outter glass cracked not to impressed it couldn't hold up to that

UPDATE 3/26/18: There IS an option in the settings menu on the Samsung Galaxy S9+ to increase the screen sensitivity to compensate for the screen protector.Ok, I've read over some of these bibliographies and I must say, the are some very prolonged explanations that "miss" on more than an acceptable amount of key points of evaluation.I ordered this one case for my new Galaxy S9+. As an Otterbox fanatic (defender series), I was skeptical but I wanted to make sure that I wasn't just paying for the name and reputation when a comparable item may satisfy the level of quality I NEED in terms of asset protection.FULL DISCLOSURE: Nobody pays me to do anything! I do this solely in hopes that it becomes the norm for other reviewers who help people like all of us make an informed decision when purchasing products online and in-store.The phone case itself is actually quite sturdy. It doesn't increase the device's presence. So much so that it gives a false impression that the phone is somehow bigger than it really is. It's lightweight and conforms to the contours of my phone with pinpoint accuracy and shows very little, actually no, signs of measurement miscalculation. Even around the perimeter of this case, there isn't even enough room to allow dust particles to sneak through. The screen lock button could be a smidge sturdier but all in all acceptable.It's firm in hand and feels natural while you're holding it. Almost like holding the hand of a friend. It's inviting, and comforting, familiar if you will. You can still access and control the phone as if it were caseless, a big plus for me. I didn't use the kickstand. Just an additional feature that may have come in handy.The screen protector has gotten a LOT of flack in the reviews I've seen. I'm fairly certain what the problem is. The screen protector is, as previously stated, a little on the thick side. There are however some installation steps that help to mitigate this minor flaw in design. If you use a hair dryer and apply heat to the screen protector, don't burn it, after pressing it onto the device it softens and spreads a little. Gingerly apply pressure, working from the middle out, while the protector is still warm. This will aid the adhesive in bonding to the screen and thus irradicate that "non-bonding" issue and I've heard about throughout the majority of these reviews while stretching it ever so slightly.In response to the touch issue being more difficult once the protector is affixed, again, the protector is just too thick in that regard. Being that heat and other factors are major components in the functionality of a touch screen, the thickness of the protector causes serious interference with this feature. It's like when you're outside during the winter and your hands are really cold, if you've ever had his happen to you, you know where this is going. If your fingers are too cold then the screen won't register the presence of your finger. Not that big a deal if you live in warmer climates. Oh yeah, it does make it a little difficult to access the drop down menu without finger smudging the camera or some other part of the uncovered portion of the device.FYI, my screen protector is still attached to my device and I'm using the swype feature without incident (I am indoors in a heated room however).The only downside I can see with this case for me would be the lack of port protection. As a blue collar type (more than not) I need that extra protection when I'm out in the field. I don't have all night to brush out the day from my charging port and headphone jack.Just to touch briefly on the topic, I'm not throughly confident that this belt clip will keep my phone safely locked in place. As previously stated, I can be in some rather snug and treacherous quarters. I feel more at ease with a belt clip that is thicker and has more edge protection. That would better suit MY needs.Just overall, this a great phone case for someone else. The price point is phenomenal, the design is commendable and the quality is fantastic for someone who doesn't get too rough and tumble, unfortunately that's not me. But overall Zizo, I tip my hat to you.Hope this helps. HAPPY SHOPPING!

Phone holder is perfect fit for the Galaxy S9+. Only issue I've had so far is the piece on the phone case that holds the stand to the case when open has already broken. I can still use the stand but it now fully extends and doesn't feel as sturdy. The stand on the holster still works great.

Using it for more then month. Phone looks good with it. Tempered glass won't stay for long as it should come out. Insted use screen protector.

The case was great for just over a week then slowly started falling apart. On both sides pieces would snap off a small piece at a time. Now there is practically nothing left and also cracked through the back. I seen great reviews on this product but honestly had better experience from dollar store brands.
