What a great looking Fridge Freezer. Keeps food at exactly the correct temp and is very quiet once settled in. The AI learns the patterns of use and adjusts itself accordingly. Also shows many graphs of its energy use in the app. All in all a really great purchase and an exceptionally reasonable price.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I've given this fridge 5 stars because it's holds everything I need and more.It's very quiet compared to my previous fridge/freezer and it was at a fair price at the time of purchase.

Holds plenty of food. This is a quiet working fridge freezer and the fact that the set temperature for the fridge and freezer lights up on the door when one has been opened is an added bonus to the beep that tells you if the door hasn't closed properly. The water dispenser to me is an added bonus for the summer months.

Great fridge freezer, very roomy inside, it comes with WiFi so it can be controlled by phone or other devices.Be aware the doors open to the right,we changed ours with not too much of a task.Love it

A lovely big F/F! The cold water dispenser is something you want or you don't, but it's nice to have the feature and this thing is big enough that I don't begrudge the space it takes up! The dual display on the front is useful and each compartment can be set separately. I don't consider the noise intrusive and in any case, here in the middle of summer ( 25 deg inside the room) the compressor is hardly on. The instruction book is rather basic with very little advice on the best, most economical way to stock a F/F.Reversing the door is a bit of a trial and unless you are technically minded, you will need help. The illustrated instructions will get you through, but the tools needed are not in every domestic toolkit. Relocating the hinges was the hardest part because of poor engineering on the part of Samsung. Removing the hinges is straight forward and reversing for refitting similarly so. The weakness is that Samsung have used plain bolts which you are required to screw into the new location while keeping the bolt straight and applying considerable force because the holes are filled with insulating foam and threadloc. Better, that they had provided dog end bolts which have a short length at the tip which is unthreaded. This would help to clear the hole and also to keep the bolt square whilst screwing in and thus avoid crossed threads. I found it helpful to locate the bolts and screw them in to clear the holes before attempting to finally fit the doors. It also helps to reduce damage to the finish from slipped screwdrivers.I did a basic temperature check: the fridge top and bottom was within 0.1 deg and within 0.5 deg of the set temperature which for this type of fridge is excellent. I'll repeat the exercise when it's full.Hope I get as long a life from this one as the one it's replacing (15 years).Now it's in place, it looks great!

I don’t really do reviews but I would do 0 stars if I could. So I ordered this fridge, it was meant to come in 2 days so I emptied my fridge and defrosted it. Now on the delivery day the delivery people said that they couldn’t deliver on the day, didn’t give any reason why. They rescheduled for later on in the week (5 days later) so I spent a week without a fridge, till I waited for this one. Then when it arrived, it was working well for 2 weeks until it produced a chemical burning smell. I contacted Samsung, the repair people came out they said it was faulty. So not only was the delivery bad with this product, it was faulty and all amazon wanted to do is take the product back and now I am left without a fridge. Thank you Amazon.
