Finally got it after a 7 weeks delay… Installed it & it work flawlessly. No loud noises. Fast 7200 RPM speed. Smooth operation. Using it for my Plex server storage and no problems so far. Checked Toshiba website and confirmed that the 5 yrs warranty is valid! Good buy despite delivery issues.

The external USB 3.0 Hard Drive docking station does show up the HDD but if it's installed inside desktop HDD is not showing up under disk management and does not detect the same.

I have only had this drive for a week. So, I cannot comment yet on durability. I bought a new Dell XPS8960 recently. They did not have an option for including a large hard drive. So, I bought this 20 terabyte drive. I installed this drive in about 15 minutes. When I turned my computer on after installing it, it found the drive. It was simple to format. I have installed lots of hard drives over the past 30 years, but this was the easiest. I had a little over 18 terabytes of usable storage space in one partition. Windows now makes it easy to have large partitions. I wanted to be able to store large numbers of photographs on one drive.

Great value for money, a bit noise but come on is 20 TB mechanical disk, of course will be a bit noisy. Easy to install and great drive quality. It’s not for intensive IO operations but more for storage purposes and slow editing.
