Stopped working
Stopped working. It’s under one year old. I tried looking for a contact and only given a troubleshooting video. It’s supposed to have a 2 year warranty

The look, price and how it works
I absolutely love this microwave. It replaces an LG with all the bells and whistles . The LG baked, air fryer, standard microwave feature and the ability to set the microwave by your phone. The LG stopped working after 9 months , had the heating element replace and it broke again in 3 months. So this is the replacement and I couldn’t be happier and it cost 500. Dollars less than the LG . Great purchase and I love the features

Great microwave!
This is an excellent product. Works great and looks even better. The sales of this model, including the identical unit under the Brama name, aren't as high as they should be. The reason is obvious. The dimensions show that the microwave is 31.3" wide. I found an installation guide online that stated 30", so I took a chance and ordered one. The unit is the standard 30" wide and works perfectly in the typical space above the stove.

Good replacement
Had some difficulty with shipping. Took 3 calls to Amazon to get the trim kit delivered. Once installed, though, we are pleased. Works well and fits perfectly over the existing 30” wall oven.

plate does not turn.
It took me a while to get the microwave installed, discovered that the wheel does not turn, and now the return date has expired. I am stuck with an expensive microwave that I can not use or return. I am very dissappointed.
