Hope this is always available
I ordered these from Amazon because this is hard to find where I live. I bought this originally for salmon several years ago, but I use it constantly for tuna steaks. It adds so much flavor and is wonderful. Earlier this week we tried it on fresh trout. Love it and can't be without it.

Just okay - not amazing for salmon
Just okay. I know that this got brave reviews from thousands of people people. But I did a salmon chest with three different pieces of the same kind of salmon - wine with this throb one with the bourbon sugar rub and then one with just smoked pepper grated garlic and butter the simplest one won. In comparison to the bourbon and brown sugar rub and a very simple just smoked pepper and butter was a little bit of lemon the least popular salmon was this one was this one. Very salty.
